I offer relationship-focused psychotherapy for adults, teenagers, families, individuals, and couples across the state of Maryland.
Whole Person Approach
As a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, I bring a whole person approach to my work in mental healthcare and health and wellness coaching. I integrate the pillars of lifestyle medicine – physical activity, nutrition, stress management, sleep, social connection, and avoiding risky substances – into sessions.
Health & Wellness Coaching
I’m excited to offer Health & Wellness Coaching for busy individuals, especially parents, looking to bring a better version of themselves to their lives and families. Health and Wellness Coaching is focused on behavior change and goal setting.

All appointments are currently virtual but I am based in Maryland. Therapy services are available to Maryland residents both in and out of state. Health and Wellness Coaching is available to all.
I primarily serve Bethesda, Potomac, Rockville, Silver Spring, and the surrounding areas and practice at Evergreen Child & Family Therapy.

I am currently accepting clients for daytime, weekday appointments. I have availability Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10am-3pm and Tuesday/Thursday from 10am-5pm.
